Safety cabinets for active collection of flammable liquids, type 90, DISPOSAL line
The safety storage cabinets of the DISPOSAL line are ideal to store different chemical wastes. It is equipped with varied additional functions to make work easier and safer.

  • The exhaust air monitoring unit integrated as a standard monitors the required exhaust air flow rate
  • Ventilation at every cabinet level, visual inspection of the venting cut-off flaps
  • Wing door technology, a thermocouple automatically closes the doors without blocking
  • Object and air curtain extraction during filling minimise the explosive atmosphere

The wing doors, outer and inner carcass, disposal system with funnel shelf, safety funnel and lockable hinged lid are made of conductive powder-coated sheet steel. Bottom tray made of conductive, powder-coated sheet steel and galvanised grating.

Colour standard version: wing doors in gentian blue, complete carcass in light grey, base in slate grey RAL 7015.

The adjustable bases have an extra-large bearing surface for easy alignment and level adjustment. The funnel shelf can be easily removed, canisters and drums can be inserted and removed easily and securely.

Safe media disposal or media transfer via stainless steel safety funnel. Filling of canisters possible with hose connection or directly via safety funnel with pipe.

Standard equipotential bonding saddles on the roof of the cabinet for connecting to the earthing. The interior fittings are conductively connected with the equipotential bonding saddles.

Certifications: Conforms with DIN EN 14470-1, DIN EN 14727, TRbF 30, DIN EN 60079-10, TRGS 509, TRGS 727 and GS certified.
