JM BioConnect® disposable pillow bags are made from proprietary JMS Flex Film, which features a polyethylene inner and outer layer and a high oxygen barrier layer. The bags are available from 0,05 to 50 L volume.

JMS Flex Film has a high clarity and flexibility and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. Pillow bags are designed 2D-style and have hose barb ports heat-sealed into the bottom of the bag.
These pillow bags are available in three different port configurations. The C-Flex tubing with end-plugs configuration is meant for welding. Configurations with silicone platinum tubing with Luer lock-connectors or silicone platinum tubing with MPC-connectors are also available.
Bags are manufactured under laminar flow conditions in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
Certifications: All products are manufactured by JM BioConnect® in The Netherlands in an ISO certified and FDA approved cleanroom. The bag film is compliant to EP 3.1.5; compliant to ISO 10993-4, -5, -6, -10, -11; USP Class VI; animal derived component free (ADCF).
