Using low temperature vacuum drying sensitive and unstable samples can be dried gently, avoiding damage to the cell structure. These cooled vacuum ovens have corrosion resistant, stainless steel inner chambers and housing. Direct contact between the load and thermoshelf ensures rapid and equal heating/cooling without thermal loss. The thermoshelf has a PT100 temperature sensor at the centre with integrated large-area heating and cooling in the lowest position (cannot be removed). This gives excellent thermal transition, very fast heating-up/cooling down times and precise control. Units feature an auto diagnostic system with fault indication. GLP/GMP compliance is assisted via the parallel interface and 'Celsius' software for control and documentation of temperature and pressure. Internal log memory records all setpoint and actual values.

Delivery information: Units supplied with bottom drip tray, software and one fixed thermoshelf with a calibration certificate (measurements taken at 50 °C and 50 mbar in the middle of the shelf), pump control, inert gas inlet. Additional accessories and factory fitted options are available on request, please enquire for further details. Note, units have a 3 year warranty period as standard. The optional additional 1 year extension to that 3 year period, gives 4 years in total.
